Why don’t you just go to your nearest make up shop and ask if you can try before you buy, most would let you.

I have blue eyes, fair skin and dark blond hair. My hair will be down around my shoulders, and I wear glasses.
I suggest light gray from lashes to brow and a little black in the crease of your lid. It will make your eyes pop out from under those glasses!

Try different browns, especially chocolate tones. Browns and dark greens with copper or gold highlights are also a great choice.
Apricots and taupes are good choices for highlighters.

Stay with the cools in colors, on your eyes, cheeks & Lips. Blues & neutrals u will not go wrong with………..
Probably black eye liner & mascara, unless it’s light brown hair, then go brown/black.
