hi everyone:)
im 16 and need some advice on how to wear my eyeliner
i want my eyes to look impressive, so wondering if anyone can give tips?
i dont really like putting eyeliner on the waterline of my eye – it just smudges and comes off really quickly!

The best tips I could recommend you would have to be to use one neutral eyeshadow all over and use a dark eyeshadow as eyeliner. Than Apply it into your lashes with a small brush, this will look softer than a pencil [...]

Try different browns, especially chocolate tones. Browns and dark greens with copper or gold highlights are also a great choice.
Apricots and taupes are good choices for highlighters.
